PROCESSING
All orders are processed + shipped within 2 business days.
All local(Malaysia) Paid orders made on a particular day will be shipped out within the next two (working) days and we deliver via GDEX
SHIPPING
1) Shipping cost is FREE for orders above RM 300 within Malaysia, except for the East of Malaysia.
2) For the East of Malaysia (Labuan, Sabah & Sarawak), the shipping cost is calculated by weight which is RM 12 per 1.5kg.
3) The pickup option is available. The customer can pick up the goods at Prima Tanjung, Jalan Fettes, Tanjung Tokong, 11200, Pulau Pinang.
4) The Grab Delivery option is available for the customer stays in Penang Island and the cost is RM 15.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours to update once a label has been created.
Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. As much as we’d like to be there, the final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
